Greenstick Fracture

By The NAI Team

Children’s bones are softer and more flexible than adults; therefore, rather than suffer a complete break of a bone, they often get a greenstick fracture, where the bone simply bends and cracks.

Greenstick fractures can often be difficult to diagnose.

We can assist you if you are being investigated by the Child Protection Agency because your child has suffered a greenstick fracture, and they believe you inflicted it.  We have successfully acted for hundreds of innocent caregivers and parents who found themselves in the exact position you are in.

“Thank God we have solicitors who will work for us! I felt really happy with the appointment and felt really reassured by Rebecca and Brendan. I couldn’t sleep the night before, but felt much more at ease after the appointment. Both were really helpful and, by the service so far, I would thoroughly recommend Brendan Fleming Solicitors to others” – Our clients, Mrs LW and Miss KB

If you have been accused of inflicting a greenstick fracture, don’t try and fight it alone.  We can and will successfully fight your case.

Head Trauma Injury

Because of the long-term complications that can arise from head injuries in children, we passionately fight for parents who are falsely accused of causing these types of injuries, in order to clear their name and allow them to get on with rehabilitating their child.
